Changing or cancelling an order
We ship quickly, so the window to cancel is short. Email acharyaansuman9841@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Before your order ships
If we receive your request before the order enters fulfillment, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 10 business days.
After your order ships
Once an order has shipped we can no longer cancel it. You can refuse delivery or return the item under our Refund Policy instead.
Address changes
Contact us immediately if you entered the wrong shipping address. We can update it before fulfillment; after that, the package will follow the address on the order.
Orders we may cancel
We may cancel an order and refund you in full if the item is unavailable, if there was a pricing or listing error, or if we cannot verify the billing or shipping details.
