Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery estimates
Standard delivery to the United States takes approximately 4-6 weeks from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, and peak seasons.
Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on all bundles within the United States. Any applicable rates for other orders are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated after several days, that's usually normal in transit. Email us if it stalls for more than 10 days.
Packaging
Orders ship in discreet packaging with no product branding on the outside.
Split shipments
Bundles containing both the cap and the serum may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers, since they ship from different facilities. You are not charged extra for this.
International orders
Where available, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in the price at checkout.
Wrong or undeliverable addresses
Please double-check your shipping address. Packages returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped at the customer's cost or refunded less shipping.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at acharyaansuman9841@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier.
